Kerstin is a director of her family property business and has developed a wealth of knowledge in the property market. Recognised as a '2009 Young Business Leader' by the Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite www.whoswho.co.uk Kerstin is currently studying for a qualification in residential leasehold management and is preparing for the Institute of Residential Property Management Part I exam. Kerstin has been concerned by the way some blocks of apartments are managed and understands the difficulties that high service charges can bring, particularly for investors. Through Action Property Management Kerstin is keen to reduce services charges whilst improving the quality of management. Away from work Kerstin is a keen runner and recently completed the London Marathon raising money for the Brain and Spine Foundation - Action Property Management's chosen charity for 2010 / 2011.
Matt studied Housing as part of his degree at Leeds Metropolitan University. He was appointed as Director of the No. 1. Dock Street Management Company following the handover of the development from Wilson Connolly in 2005. Following his appointment as Director Matt has ensured that No. 1. Dock Street is the best development to live in the city.
Through his involvement as a Director of No. 1. Dock Street Matt has developed an active interest in the property management market. As a qualified Town Planner Matt is concerned at the way some developments in Leeds City Centre are currently managed. Matt believes that many developments have no sense of community, that many service charges are often unnecessarily high and the quality of service provided is to owners and residents is often poor. Through Action Property Management Matt seeks to reduce service charges and inject a community feel into city living.
