Should an unauthorised vehicle be parked in your space you can call 01132 555050 to have the offending vehicle ticketed.

Important Note

These contractors have been authorised by Action Property Management to deal with repairs relating to communal areas only. If the repair does not relate to a communal area then they are normally happy to assist however you will be charged separately. You should agree costs in advance before works are undertaken. If your property is rented then you are advised to contact your landlord or managing agent.

Payments

Action Property Management accepts a number of different methods of payment.  Payments are accepted in Great British Pounds (GBP) only.  We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on service charges unless a property changes ownership during the period that the service charge has been paid for.

Cheque

It is important that cheques for service charges are made payable to the appropriate development account and not ‘Action Property Management’.  Cheques should be sent to Action Property Management, No. 1. Dock Street, Leeds, LS10 1NA

Electronic Bank Transfer

Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer to the appropriate development account.  Please see your most recent service charge correspondence for account details. Payments should be referenced with your payment reference.

Standing Order

The easiest way to pay your service charges is by standing order.  Standing order mandates are provided on an annual basis with service charge correspondence.  The forms should be completed and returned to your bank.

Credit or Debit Card

We will shortly be accepting payments online.  In the meantime please contact our office on (0113) 2442210 should you wish to pay by credit or debit card.   Please note that there is a charge of 3.5% for payments made by credit card.
